I'm Michelle Gruner and I was born and raised right here in NC. I've lived in Wake County for 50 years, so I know the area very well. I'm married to my wonderful husband, have two adult children, and a very spoiled 3 1/2 lb teacup yorkie rescue!
I like to consider myself as having a servant’s heart. From serving our country in the Army, to being a teacher, then a travel agent, and now a realtor; I’ve had a long career path of serving others. It’s so rewarding to me to be able to help bring joy to other people’s lives and be a part of their lifelong memories. When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my family and travel, especially cruising!
As a Realtor, if you are selling, I showcase your home with the use of photos, video to highlight all of the custom details of your home, drone footage, detailed floor plans, and I list it on 26 different platforms (not just 4 or 5) in order to help you sell quickly and get top dollar! If you are buying a home, I can help you find the perfect home in a location that is the best for you and your family. I will guide you through every step of the home buying process in the most joyful way possible.

Today's buyers want to know as much as possible about your home before they even go look. Providing aerial footage that shows your property from above and where it is located in relation to stores, schools, restaurants, etc makes your home stand out even more and gives your listing an advantage!

Bottom line is, the more people who see your home's listing, the more potential buyers you will have! I market your home on 26 different online portals as well as doing paid advertising on all of the popular social media platforms. I also personally go tell all of your closest neighbors!

This is the most fun part of Real Estate to me! I love to meet people who are excited about finding the perfect home. I use a very systematic way to do showings and open houses that are proven to be beneficial in getting your home sold quickly. I'll discuss this with you when we meet.

Negotiations & Paperwork
Helping you get top dollar for your home in an efficient and joyful way is my top priority. I will guide you and help you navigate every step of the selling process from the time we list your home until the day you sign your closing papers. After that, it's time to CELEBRATE!
